BAE Systems

BAE Systems is a global company engaged in the development, delivery and support of advanced defence, security and aerospace systems in the air, on land and at sea. They have major operations across five continents, with customers and partners in more than 100 countries. With approximately 106,000 employees worldwide, BAE Systems' sales exceeded £18.5 billion (US $34.4 billion) in 2008.

BAE Systems became an i-nexus customer in 2008, being used within the Electronics & Integrated Solutions division. This division designs, develops, and manufactures a wide range of electronic systems and subsystems for military and commercial applications.

The vision for i-nexus was to support the change management process and to align and drive performance improvement activity with the objectives of the organisation, a solution to help drive successful execution of the improvement activity needed to deliver on their objectives.
