This methodology takes a senior management team through a process that first reviews the maturity of the existing execution system and the clarity/alignment of the existing execution plan to establish a baseline before then building on that foundation to set-up and deploy a comprehensive implementation system based on i-nexus.

Execution Capability AuditThe Execution Capability Audit phase of the BizX methodology is designed to enable a management team to systematically assess the maturity of their 'execution system'. This phase utilises the i-nexus BizX maturity model, a comprehensive benchmarking framework which defines different stages of maturity in the development and implementation of business execution disciplines. |
Execution Assessment PhaseThe Execution Assessment phase of the methodology focuses on clarifying via the use of strategy mapping and initiative alignment the goals that the organisation is trying to achieve and the current likelihood of achieving those goals based on the existing baseline performance and the current status of the portfolio of actions already underway. The outcome of this stage of the methodology is a clear assessment of the 'health' of the current execution plan. |
Organizational Alignment PhaseIn this phase of the methodology, the goal is to assist the management team to implement the necessary actions needed to ensure that each manager/employee within the organization has both a clear set of aligned objectives/actions plans and the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, execute and review those action plans. The outcome of this stage is the mobilization of the actions that will in aggregate lead to the achievement of the business goals. |
Execution Review PhaseIn this final phase of the methodology, the goal is to establish and embed the on-going execution review disciplines that will maintain the focus on the organisation on implementation of the goals. The outcome of this final stage of the methodology is a set of reporting events and focused business execution reviews at both the strategic and operational level within the organization. |
