As manufacturers of specialist long-steel products, Ascometal was faced with the commonplace issue of reliance on too many spreadsheets for critical project tracking and reporting. With four manufacturing plants in France and sales offices across the globe, it was increasingly difficult for the management team to be able to fully track each project and foresee the outcomes.

Faced with the need to improve efficiencies and ensure delivery of improvement projects, HBF was introduced to i-nexus through management consultants 3Pillars, who had worked with the private health insurer for many years. HBF were using Balanced Scorecard to define and implement performance imrpovement projects across 40 departments and it was clear that a more efficient process for project management, tracking and reporting was required. i-nexus Balanced Scorecard modules were implemented to bring about a more effective way to cascade goals and translate these goals into tangible actions. The result of which is a much more accurate reporting system that is more efficiently administered, freeing up valuable resource across the organization and enabling employees to focus on delivering on objectives rather than administering reports. |
