				Ascometal Case Study Identifying a need for real-time knowledge, Ascometal introduced i-nexus Quick Projects to ensure delivery on organizational objectives and for a faster solution to monitor process improvement projects. It became clear that a single software solution was needed to allow the management team to successfully execute their business strategies. Ascometal is now using i-nexus on a daily basis to track and report on over 2,000 projects across the business.
				HBF Case Study Faced with the need to improve efficiencies and ensure delivery of improvement projects, HBF was introduced to i-nexus through management consultants 3Pillars, who had worked with the private health insurer for many years. HBF were using Balanced Scorecards to define and implement performance improvement projects across 40 departments and it was clear that a more efficient process for project management, tracking and reporting was required.
