Our unique approach to business solutions centres on helping management teams change the way they connect strategy and objectives to actions, and our software support infrastructure makes both progress against action and improvement in performance transparent to all.

Our experience and initial versions of i-nexus were aimed successfully at the Six Sigma marketplace. Today we support multiple methodologies for "templated" programs of improvement operating broadly under a DMAIC model. The configurability of i-nexus enables us to operate multiple methodologies within the same instance for customers that operate distinct projects from complex manufacturing programs to procurement programs.

The benefits in programs were but part of our and many of our customers' vision. Our mission went vertical to take the processes of successful project execution and apply them to multiple projects in programs, then into business operation and finally into overall business excellence. Today we maintain this solution set, recognising that our customers and prospective customer agendas may only require part of our offering. Our experiences taught us and lead us to develop i-nexus V4 to cover all of these disciplines into one solution.

We also recognise the importance of integration of third party components be they at the project level in the form of third party tools, or at the scorecard level where our auto metrics capability enables the automated, reliable collection of source data from third party systems.
