Leadership team

Paul Docherty started his career in Marconi, where he held a wide range of senior management roles covering manufacturing, IT, sales, product development, project management, Operational Excellence and corporate strategy as well as having P&L responsibility for the growth of a regional telecoms equipment business. His deep understanding of the challenges of establishing robust business execution disciplines comes from his experience coaching senior management teams in over 100 global organisations and from leading the deployment of a substantial Operational Excellence program at Marconi. Paul was a co-founder of i-nexus in 2001, and has spearheaded its rapid expansion into the leading provider of on-demand Business Execution software. Paul holds a MEng in Computer Systems and Software Engineering from the University of York and an MBA from the University of Warwick.

Rex is the Chief Operating Officer and a co-founder of i-nexus. He is a responsible for directing the product development, customer service, application delivery, corporate governance, financial, commercial and the HR strategy underpinning the company's exceptional 100%+ software sales growth per annum to date. He was instrumental in the recent venture capital fund raising by i-nexus and is an executive board member. Rex brings with him over 20 years operational, financial and commercial management experience gained across the engineering construction, professional services and technology sectors, working directly and indirectly for industry heavyweights such as Lendlease (Bovis), Foster Wheeler Inc., Pfizer, BP and Marconi Communications. He has held financial and commercial responsibility for a number of enterprises and projects with annual budgets ranging from £1m to £200m within Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia. Rex holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Grant Crow, Chief Operating Officer

Grant brings 25 years of senior management experience to his role as i-nexus COO, the majority of which has focused on leading fast growth businesses to successful exits. In previous roles as UK Managing Director for both ExecuTRACK Software and Stepstone Solutions, he has been at the forefront of European SaaS, primarily in the areas of Talent Management and Recruitment. In particular, he has an in depth knowledge of performance management and other strategic Human Resources processes. Grant is responsible for directing the product development, customer delivery teams. He possesses a BA and MBA from the University of Cape Town and DBA from Brunel.

Cay has held numerous leadership positions across organizations that span corporate America, provider community and the military. She is visionary and can help any organization map and deliver a road to success. Her broad experiences enable her to understand the complexities that organizations are facing in defining and executing their transformation strategies. She knows what customers need and she knows what the providers need. With her leadership talent, she effectively brings together people from both the customer and provider communities to bring solutions to meet these needs.
