Cyprus Telecommunication Authority (Cyta) expands its usage of i-nexus.

Cyprus Telecommunications Authority (Cyta), the leading provider of fixed line telecommunications, mobile telecommunications and Internet access in Cyprus, adopted i-nexus in 2007 to enable the company to track and ensure delivery of improvements under the model of EFQM, a foundation which seeks to support organizations and their senior leaders in their need to implement strategies and operational excellence.

Following that success, the Board of Cyta has now mandated that i-nexus will be used to track the performance of its strategic objectives using the Balanced Scorecard approach, and i-nexus will be the one tool to track the performance and status of all project activity within Cyta.

i-nexus was introduced to Cyta by its Business Planning Department, which is the business unit responsible for the company`s strategy and finance planning. “i-nexus was purchased by Cyta to support a more effective deployment of its strategy. Now we are very pleased to hear that the Cyta uses i-nexus company-wide for all its scorecards and improvement activity”, commented Paul Docherty, CEO of i-nexus.

i-nexus web based software gives Cyta the visibility of its performance gaps, gives clear ownership of KPIs and improvement activity, and allows them to track activities as they move the performance dials. The software helped the company to define clearer targets and to provide strategic reports to its directors, with visibility of all projects where intervention is required. i-nexus also allows Cyta to automate the capturing of KPI data, due to its ability to import the data from different systems. In addition, i-nexus software is the tool used by the Senior Management team to report performance at Board meetings.
