Financial Consolidation/Benefit Aggregation

For Financial Controllers, the i-nexus financial navigator aggregates benefits being delivered via all your initiatives, so that you can have confidence in your financial forecasts because they are underpinned by real data. In this view you can drill down from Business Unit, Location, Product, Impacted Process or Programme, through your standardised benefit aggregation structure, to see the contributions made by individual Projects. Benefits can be shown in the entered currency, or converted into the accounting currency of the organisation. You can also filter the data to include only those benefits that have reached a particular stage in your benefit approval process and to enable further analysis the view can be exported to Microsoft Excel.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

For KPI owners and Managers, i-nexus Performance Tracking and Reporting provides you the ability to define key metrics and collect data to track performance. Data can be entered manually, collected automatically from other systems, or calculated from other information held in i-nexus.

Aggregation of Current and Projected Performance Indicators

i-nexus automatically calculates a Performance Index for every individual project, metric, goal, objective, perspective, scorecard, and business unit. This performance index automatically normalises  the performance against target to a common performance score that enables meaningful comparison across different objectives and targets. In addition, i-nexus automatically calculates a forecast performance index for each item based on the aggregate projected impact of all projects that are likely to impact a given goal.
