The i-nexus Business Execution suite consists of three integrated modules which offer comprehensive capabilities to support each stage of the closed-loop business execution cycle. These modules have been designed to be either deployed incrementally, enabling organizations to focus on the their most pressing challenges first, whether it's gaining control of their project expenditure or introducing some basic performance reporting, confident in the knowledge that they can build on this foundation later to establish a fully fledged business execution system.

Sharing a common and intuitive user interface that takes just minutes to learn, each module offers functionality at three distinct levels.

  • Power User capabilities. This level gives access to powerful 'design' capabilities which provide, for example, the ability to design project templates and scorecards. This level is suitable for those individuals with direct responsibility for establishing program and performance frameworks.
  • Professional User capabilities. This level gives access to capabilities designed to enable project and operational managers to drive programs and track performance.
  • Standard User capabilities. This level provides access to capabilities that all managers and employees need to drive actions, capture data and review individual performance.
