Extensible Data Model

The i-nexus Business Execution Platform has been architected to be flexible and extensible. Therefore, Administrators of the system can configure its user interface and behaviour to support your business processes; development is not required. For example, all views and wizards within the system can be configured to show the fields that are relevant to your organisation in the sequence that makes sense for you. In addition, custom fields can be added to the system to ensure you are able to capture all relevant data and whether these, as well as our standard fields, are mandatory can be set and managed by you.

Role Based/Context-Sensitive Security

Our powerful security model enables you to configure access to the system at a field level. In addition to managing field-level access to the system, i-nexus enables you to grant access to records and fields based on your contextual relationship with that record. For example, you must be a resource on a Project to edit information pertaining to that Project.

Full Internationalization

The i-nexus interface can be rendered in multiple languages. We provide UK and US English, Spanish, German, Greek, French, Italian, Polish and Chinese translation packs as standard, but more can be added and managed by you to suit your needs. Of course, alongside this language capability we also support multiple timezones, locales and currencies to ensure your data is presented in a format that is meaningful to you.

End-user Personalization

For users of the i-nexus Business Execution Platform, the system enables you to personalize your experience. For example, we provide extensive view management capabilities including the ability to add, remove and reorder columns in tabular views and to sort, filter and set column widths. Once you have personalised your view, you can preserve it for use next time by saving it as a custom view. Custom Views can be added to your Favorites, and/or set as your homepage, so that you can access relevant information quickly and easily.
