Project/Program Management

i-nexus enables Project and Program Managers to initiate and manage free-form, stage-gated and 'Quick' Projects in one place. This means that you can have one consolidated view of project activity across the organisation.

i-nexus also provides support for schedule, resource, risk and document management, as well as the ability to track and forecast the impact of projects on both monetary and KPI indicators. Around this we wrap work flow approval, so that, where necessary, project control becomes an integrated part of how you do business.

Information entered at project level is automatically rolled-up to program level (and vice versa) and from any level you can drill-down to more detail. For example, to see why a program is behind schedule, the Program Manager can drill down from the program to its constituent projects and from those projects to individual tasks which may be affecting the program's critical path. This 'line-of-sight' gives you the ability to take corrective action quickly and thereby execute the program more effectively.

Finally, i-nexus provides meaningful, standardised project and program reports (in a variety of formats, including online dashboards). This means that Project and Program Managers have the right information to hand to support your management review cycle.

Resource Management

For Resource Pool Managers, the i-nexus Program Management Module enables you to define Resource Pools, the competencies (and corresponding proficiency levels) which must be attained by resources within the Resource Pool and the certification of individuals allocated to the Resource Pool.

Resources are allocated a percentage of their time to one or more Resource Pools and the system flags an over-allocation warning where their activities in that role exceed their allocated percentage. In additional, our standard reports enable you to report on the utilization of your resources over time.

Resource Management in i-nexus also encompasses the ability to manage training and coaching so that you can confidently develop your resources to help you achieve your organisational goals.

Program Office Governance Support

i-nexus enables Program Office Governance Support teams to define project and program templates that encompass not only the tasks, timeline and resources needed to execute the project/program, but also any typical risks, documents, KPI's and financial impacts of such initiatives. i-nexus also supports the standardisation of review and approval processes by enabling you to define work flows which fit with your organisation (template by template). Our suite of standard reports (which can be customised to suit your needs) also provide clear visibility of compliance with agreed standards.
