Business Dashboards/Portals

The i-nexus Business Execution Platform enables users to create composite views of information using the i-nexus portal designer. Standard and custom views can be included in portal pages, as can external web pages or links. Portal pages can be marked as favorites or set as homepages in the same way as any other view and deliver up-to-date, relevant information when you need it.

Advanced Reporting

To maximise the value you see from i-nexus we provide a comprehensive suite of reports designed to give you meaningful views of activity within your organisation. In addition, we provide the option for you to develop your own reports using our enterprise reporting tool. Reports can be delivered in many different formats and can be scheduled to be sent automatically to your e-mail inbox, so you have the information you need, when you need it.

End-user Reporting

To satisfy the more ad hoc reporting needs you may have, i-nexus enables you to add, remove and reorder columns in tabular views and to sort, filter and set column widths. These personalized views can then be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis, or printed to pdf for delivery via e-mail as an ad hoc report.

Full Text Search

In addition, to enable you to find information easily in i-nexus, we provide a comprehensive search capability, which not only searches the data we store in i-nexus, but also the information contained in the documents you upload to the system. If you wish to refine the data set searched, you can limit the search to only examine a subset of records by type or types.

The information returned by our search engine can be configured, so that the most meaningful subset of data is shown in the search result page without the need to drill into the result set.
