Strategy Execution

With the release of i-nexus’ Enterprise Edition in 2009, i-nexus suite of editions will be complete. For the first time, executives will have a tool to close the loop on strategy execution: a single web-based application cascading strategic goals down through an organization, creating multi-level dashboards and identifying and scoping initiatives to close key performance gaps.

Supporting all major performance management frameworks, including Balanced Scorecard, Baldrige/EFQM, Six Sigma, IS09000, and Value Based Management, the Enterprise Edition will:

• - enable executives to create and deploy strategy, and to collaborate on strategy execution;
• - identify which specific programs need direct attention in order to realize business objectives;
• - empower key metric owners to drive continuous improvement;
• - ensure every employee’s work is effectively aligned with corporate strategy.
