The AREVA Group today has around 5,000 i-nexus users corporate-wide, with a plan to expand to 10,000 users in 2010. The T&D (Transmission & Distribution) Division of AREVA used i-nexus initially for their 3YP (3 Year Plan) program. i-nexus proved to be a key enabler within this financial driven initiative and was adopted within the AREVA Group as a best practice. In 2006, this success has led to a corporate decision to use i-nexus for both Performance & Program Management throughout the whole AREVA group for all improvement projects. All major AREVA divisions deployed i-nexus successfully at beginning of 2007 using various project methodologies and programs with different requirements. The central AREVA Group uses i-nexus to manage all improvements actions coming out of a business excellence best practice approach called “The AREVA Way”, where the whole company is assessed against 10 main principles, 34 goals and 118 criteria to identify gaps.

British Gas has been using i-nexus to manage their change programme since 2007 following a competitive evaluation in the market. They use the tool to manage the performance of their key processes (customer journeys), metrics and portfolio of performance improvement projects.
