Once the initial software deployment has been completed, our primary goal is to maximize your return on investment in i-nexus. In support of this, we have developed a range of value optimization services specifically designed to help you benchmark your deployment, apply proven best practices and ensure that the software set-up is optimized to meet your specific needs.

Customer Account Management Service

The foundation of our value optimization services is our Customer Account management service. This service is provided at no charge of all i-nexus customers, who are allocated a dedicated i-nexus Account Manager at the outset of their deployment. i-nexus Account Managers are more than just experts in i-nexus software and our range of quick start 'out-of-the-box' solutions, they are experienced practitioners with a comprehensive understanding, based on real customer deployments and access to i-nexus on-going research, of business execution best practices and how to apply them to maximum effect.

Always available to discuss your use i-nexus, your i-nexus Account Manager will arrange to meet 'face-to-face' with you on at least a quarterly basis to, for example, review your use of i-nexus, suggest improvements, capture feedback from your usage, share new features coming in upcoming releases,and share best practices that are proven to accelerate return on investment. Your  i-nexus Account Manager  is also able to answer any questions you may have about other value optimization services and how you can participate in and leverage the i-nexus business execution (BizX) benchmarking community.

Business Execution Health-check

Executives need continual access to ideas and emerging practices from outside their own organizations to understand whether their own performance improvement initiatives are delivering the maximum potential. Our extensive research program has given us unprecedented insights into the characteristics and practices of leading global organizations that have been able to successfully deploy and embed business execution disciplines. These insights have been synthesized into a comprehensive Business Execution  (BizX) Maturity Model, which essentially sets out a roadmap for implementing such disciplines disciplines and provides the basis for benchmarking your own business execution system.

The Business Execution Health-check iessentially provides you, in an interactive workshop format, with an introduction to the BizX Maturity Model and guides you through a process of assessing the robustness of your  existing approach to defining and cascading goals, driving the initiatives that result from these goals and tracking the impact of those initiatives on achievement of the goals. The result of this workshop is a series of recommendations in terms of how you can improve your execution 'system', and where appropriate, better leverage i-nexus to drive execution of business goals.

Software Deployment Health-check

The Software Deployment Heath-check service focuses on ensuring that the set-up of i-nexus is optimised to meet your specific needs.  This health-check focuses on ensuring:

  • The user interface, access permissions, default reports and dashboards are correctly configured for each user role.
  • The scheduled notifications and reporting are correctly set-up to support the desired management review cycle.
  • The people using the application have the appropriate skills and knowledge needed to fully exploit the capabilities of the system.
  • The business work flows and best practice methodologies are correctly set-up within i-nexus.
