We’re proud to be part of a growing community of Strategy Execution professionals. The objective of this community is to facilitate sharing of experiences, ideas, resources and best practice in the area of Strategy Execution. These best practices include Hoshin Planning, Balanced Scorecards and Program and Portfolio Management as well as tools and approaches to successfully manage change and transformation in large organizations. Strategy Execution is fast becoming a critical area of focus for successful organizations.
i-nexus facilitates consortium events annually, in the USA and Europe to further the aims of the community. These are not commercial events, they are free to attend, open only to senior level strategy execution practitioners and are hosted by a leading member of the consortium. If you want to benchmark with 40+ Global 2000 organizations, we encourage you to register your interest by registering for either the US or European event. Typically the format of these events will be 4-5 “How we actually do it…” style presentations on the first day, with workshops on topics of specific interest to the participants on the second day.
