Is there a repeatable roadmap for building a strategy execution system?

hosted by Navistar
It took Danaher 30 years to create the Danaher Business System. Led by ex-Danaher business unit CEOs, IDEX and BELDIN, established similar business systems generating similar results in less than 5 years. Other organisations have been implementing lean for tens of years and have never significantly improved their ability to execute their strategy.

In this consortium meeting – the goal will be to understand if there is a formula or roadmap that can be repeated to establish a robust and sustainable execution system and what, if codifiable, are the steps that an organisation can/should take, in what sequence, to move as quickly as possible from a low to a high level of maturity in strategy execution. This consortium will also explore what the operating principles are that underpin successful strategy execution and if some approaches to strategy execution are consistently more successful than others.
